US supermarket Trader Joe’s has expanded its rapidly-growing vegan range once again. This time, it has added dairy-free yogurts and ice creams, as well as a vegan Caesar salad dressing and gelatin-free gummies.
The Indian startup Epigamia has launched a range of plant-based yogurt made with coconuts for Indian consumers. With its creamy texture, the company claims the yogurt’s consistency is almost indistinguishable from conventional dairy yogurts.
