Atlanta-based DYMA Brands announces it will debut its first-ever line of plant-based condiments, including Mayo, Ranch and Hunny Mustard, in single-serve cups and pouches. The company is launching the line at the upcoming National Restaurant Show in Chicago.  According to DYMA, its new range of vegan condiments and dressings is the first such offering in the single-serve category of food service, and provides a convenient way to make plant-forward menu items, such as fast food burgers, fully plant-based. The Kraft Heinz Not Company, the joint venture between CPG giant Kraft Heinz and startup unicorn The Not Company, announces it is will release its first plant-based mayo product, NotMayo, in regional US markets this month. Doctor Salsas, a Spanish producer of spicy dressings and sauces, has launched Carolina Reaper sauce on the market along with three other vegan-friendly sauces: Habanero, Chipotle and Jalapeño.
