Coinciding with National Pizza Month, Daiya, a leading North American product of plant-based dairy alternatives, has introduced a significantly updated version of its plant-based pizza line. The company recently completed a multi-million-dollar upgrade to its bakery facility, allowing for significant improvements in both production capacity and product quality. The reformulated pizzas are now available at major retailers throughout the United States and Canada. The new pizzas feature a gluten-free crust that is lighter, crispier, and fluffier than previous versions, paired with a tomato sauce that has been refined for a richer flavor.
