Veggie Grill Opening 35th Location and First Multi-Concept Restaurant in NYC

Baja Fresh Adds Impossible Beef to Permanent Menu at All Locations

Mexican fast-casual chain Baja Fresh announces it is adding Impossible Meat Made From Plants as a permanent menu item across all 90 US locations. The rollout follows the chain’s successful trial of Impossible Meat that first launched in 2021.  In addition to keeping the current selection of Impossible dishes, Baja’s guests will also be able to choose the brand’s plant-based beef as a protein on almost any menu item. Taco Bell Trials New Plant-Based Meat in 50 Locations, Still Planning Beyond Meat Launch

Taco Bell USA announces it is testing a new meat substitute made with pea and soy protein at 50 restaurant locations in Birmingham, AL. For a limited time, the Crispy Melt Taco and Nachos Bell Grande will feature the new protein, which can also be ordered on any of the chain’s menu items.
