SavorEat’s 3D Printing Robot Chef Makes Its Debut at University of Denver

After a partnership announcement in 2021, Sodexo and SavorEat officially deployed their 3D printing robot chef as part of a pilot project at the University of Denver, marking its US debut. Starting this week, students at the University of Denver can enjoy SavorEat’s printed burgers at the Rebecca Chopp Grand Central Market in Community Commons, as initially reported by The Spoon. Personalized printing SavorEat, an Israeli food-tech company known for its plant-based 3D printing technology, debuted its Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 2021 after raising $13 million from an IPO. Sodexo & Humane Society Plan to Make 42% of University Menus Plant-Based by 2025

Catering giant Sodexo recently announced the expansion of its collaboration with the Humane Society of the United States, in a partnership that has continued for over 15 years with the aim of increasing the number of plant-based options on its menus. The initiative is part of Sodexo’s overall strategy to reduce its carbon emissions 34% by 2025: shockingly, though perhaps not surprisingly, Sodexo’s carried out an internal analysis which found that at least 70% of its supply carbon footprint was related to animal-based food purchases in the fiscal year 2020. Five Aramark NFL Stadiums Ranked by PETA’s Top 10 Most Vegan-Friendly List

Food services company Aramark has announced that five its stadiums were added to PETA’s Top Ten Most Vegan-friendly NFL List. The food and beverage provider was recognized for its vegan menus in U.S. Bank Stadium (Minnesota Vikings), Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia Eagles), Arrowhead Stadium (Kansas City Chiefs), Empower Field at Mile High (Denver Broncos), and M&T Bank Stadium (Baltimore Ravens).
