7th Heaven Chocolate, a vegan chocolate brand based in Israel and New Jersey, is expanding its presence in the US dairy-free confectionery market by introducing oat milk peanut butter cups, a new addition to its vegan chocolate bar lineup.
The product aims to offer a competitive alternative to Reese’s oat milk peanut butter cups, produced by Hershey’s, which were launched in the US last year.
“We’re not just launching another chocolate product; we’re introducing a taste and lifestyle revolution”
The company claims the formulation of these peanut butter cups is the result of extensive research and development by the company’s founders, Daniel Bareket and Elya Adi, along with chief food technologist Dan Brom. Originally launched in Israel under the brand name “Panda,” 7th Heaven’s products are currently available at over 700 retail locations across the United States, including Wegmans, Giant Foods, and Stop & Shop.
7th Heaven’s peanut butter cups differentiate themselves from competitors by adhering to strict quality and ethical standards. These standards include being dairy-free, cruelty-free, non-GMO, Kosher Pareve Certified, and made from fair-trade cocoa. The company also claims that its peanut butter cups outshined Reese’s in a blind taste test, with a preference ratio of 3:1 in favor of 7th Heaven.

Competing with giants
Elya Adi, co-founder of 7th Heaven Chocolate, comments, “Our Peanut Butter Cups are the culmination of our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and compassion. It’s a proud moment for us to offer a product that not only competes with giants like Reese’s but also delivers a tastier experience. We’re not just launching another chocolate product; we’re introducing a taste and lifestyle revolution. ”
Other products available from 7th Heaven include a range of chocolate bars featuring flavors such as Caramel and Sea Salt, White & Cookies Bar, Hazelnut Cream, and Peanut Butter Cream. Initially crafted with soy milk, the company transitioned to an oat milk formula last year, enhancing the sustainability of its chocolates.
Starting in March, the 7th Heaven oat milk peanut butter cups will be available exclusively on the company’s e-commerce site until further notice.
